Is Factoring Right for Your business?

Has it been difficult to pay suppliers and employees while waiting for your customers to pay?

If you have creditworthy customers we can show you how to turn your accounts receivable into immediate working capital to allow you to concentrate instead on management, growth and planning.

Does your company lack the cash flow needed to make payroll taxes?

You can meet your payroll taxes and avoid the burden of penalties and interest on late payments by unlocking the cash flow of your receivables.  We can work with you to have consistent and predictable access to your working capital without incurring further debt saving your company the financial consequences of late payroll tax payment.

Is it difficult to get bank approval for working capital because your company is less than a few years old?

We’ll work with you to finance your accounts receivable for delivered goods and services based on the creditworthiness of your customers.  The approval process is not only fast but also easy.  The criteria that banks require are not relevant to our application and  approval process.  Factoring is not a loan so you incur no further debt, but instead unlock the cash flow of your receivables without waiting weeks and months for your customers to pay. Let us show you how your company can take advantage of factoring.

Are you growing faster than your bank is willing to extend your credit line?

Don’t subject your company’s growth to the dictates of your bank.  Accounts receivable financing can make working capital available to your company over an extended period of time as quickly as your company can generate invoices for goods and services delivered to your creditworthy customers.

Would you like to take advantage of prompt payment and quantity discounts when ordering materials?

Realize your ability to now take advantage of prompt payment and quantity discounts from your suppliers by utilizing factoring.  Invoice financing will help you raise the cash flow needed to buy larger quantities of needed materials to qualify for quantity discounts

Are you turning down larger orders because you lack the additional  cash flow to pay suppliers and employees?

Factoring can help your company grow and increase sales with the working capital needed to meet the demands of your customers.  Predictable and consistent cash flow can allow you to take advantage of growth opportunities by having the resources to pay suppliers and employees to pursue every business opportunity.

Why is the creditworthiness of my customers important to the factor?

Banks look at the credit history and collateral of your company when you seek a loan.  However, factoring is not a loan and no debt is incurred.  Rather the factoring company considers the creditworthiness of your customers that will be paying your invoices. Invoices owed to your company are purchased by the factor in order to advance cash to your company.  Therefore, the factor is primarily concerned about the likelihood of your customers paying your invoices.  A factor will give you cash advances against invoices owed to your company of customers that have good credit.  The factor makes this determination prior to advancing any money by a process known as due diligence.
